Obesity is a serious health issue. A person is obese when he or she is excessively overweight and is above the average weight scale for their age and height. There are actually millions of Americans who are overweight and don’t know the risks that they are in for certain health problems.
Often times the reason for this is because many people don’t have a strong health education. So they aren’t really sure of what they can and cannot do to help prevent obesity.

Overeating because of depression, hopelessness, anger, boredom, isn’t a great idea because they all have nothing to do with hunger
